As Hello Tomorrow expands, we are looking for a Consulting Senior Manager to strengthen and help structure our consulting team, eager to work on impactful and deep tech projects with our clients.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Senior Manager at Hello Tomorrow, your primary mission will be to bring value to our clients and help them tackle their most pressing challenges. Leveraging our extensive network of deep tech startups, researchers, and experts, you’ll play a pivotal role in reshaping industries and driving corporate innovation.
You will lead ambitious client projects, build technical and business expertise across diverse fields, and gain firsthand insights into how cutting-edge technologies are transforming markets. Beyond client work, you will actively contribute to the strategy and operations of the Consulting Business Unit (BU) and play a key role in shaping the career paths of Senior Consultants.
You’ll be supported by experienced Partners who will guide, challenge, and support your professional growth, ensuring you thrive in this role.
WHAT WILL YOU CONCRETELY DO?
Deliver high-quality projects & foster client relationships (50%)
Project leadership: oversee the timely and high-quality delivery of client assignments, ensuring exceptional results.
Team management: organize and lead project teams, shaping methodologies and deliverables.
Key assignments: conduct trend and market analyses, scout startups and emerging technologies, facilitate corporate-startup collaborations, support venture-building initiatives.
Client interaction and retention: serve as the primary point of contact during projects, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of client needs; maintain and nurture relationships by engaging past clients through value-added content and events to foster long-term partnerships.
Account development: deliver successful pilot assignments and scale engagements to additional teams or topics.
Drive commercial activities (30%)
Business development: build and maintain a pipeline of clients and partners.
Sales leadership: lead client pitches, introduce Hello Tomorrow’s offerings, and qualify client needs.
Proposal development: craft tailored commercial proposals that highlight Hello Tomorrow’s expertise and value proposition.
Build the team and support the Consulting BU (20%)
People development: manage the career paths of Senior Consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
Team building: foster a positive team culture through recruitment, training, and organizing internal activities.
Strategic contributions: collaborate with the Consulting Steering Committee to manage BU operations, such as reviewing KPIs, defining growth strategies, and supporting HR initiatives.
Internal taskforces: lead taskforces in areas such as marketing, Summit planning, expertise development, or training.
Brand representation: represent Hello Tomorrow and its consulting services externally by participating in webinars, industry events, and speaking engagements.
