Job Description

As Hello Tomorrow evolves, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Manager who will structure, streamline and scale our sales approach with corporate accounts within the Ecosystem & Events BU.


YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Ecosystem & Events team, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue and foster long-term engagement with corporate partners. In this role, you will lead the entire sales cycle and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and measurable client impact.

More precisely, reporting to our Director of Ecosystem & Events, you will:

Strategic sales planning & execution

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for corporate partners across key industries to drive revenue and long-term engagement with a strong focus on the event & ecosystem business unit.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from inbound and outbound sources to build a strong, predictable sales pipeline.

  • Engage corporate prospects and existing clients in discovery conversations to uncover innovation priorities and tailor solutions.

  • Design and pitch integrated partnership offers combining events, ecosystem access, and custom formats to meet client-specific goals.

  • Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from proposal to negotiation and closing to secure partnership agreements.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.

Client engagement & relationship management

  • Collaborate with Events, Ecosystem, and Consulting teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable client impact.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting to enable forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.

  • Continuously improve sales processes and tools to increase team efficiency and support scalable growth.

  • Stay up to date on deep tech, innovation trends, and client industries to bring relevant insights into client conversations and proposals.

Preferred Experience

YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES

  • You have at least 4-7 years of experience in managing full sales cycles in B2B innovation, tech or events.

  • You have a proven track record of successfully building and closing deals with large corporate clients (six-figure contracts) and managing accounts over multiple sales cycles.

  • You have experience in structuring commercial offers and sales strategy.

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

  • You are fluent in English and French is a big plus.

  • You have a strong strategic mindset : you are excited to build the vision for corporate sales and create your sales plan.

  • You are persistent, solutions-oriented, and ready to roll-up your sleeves to deliver.

  • You are customer-oriented and able to design value for complex stakeholders.

  • You are skilled in conducting data-driven analysis and confidently leading pricing discussions.

  • You are highly organized and self-driven, you take ownership of your portfolio and pipeline.

  • You are a fast learner, autonomous, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.

  • You have a strong understanding of business innovation dynamics and corporate challenges.

  • You are a team player, curious, empathetic, humble and eager to do your best to create a positive impact!

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF

  • You are not comfortable in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment with many moving pieces.

  • You are not comfortable handling several simultaneous demands

  • You don’t have a valid visa to work in France.

  • You can’t work in Paris (2 days per week on-site).

Recruitment Process
