As Hello Tomorrow blooms, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Deep Tech & Innovation who will strengthen the team on specific expertise (in Food & Agriculture OR Energy/Climate Tech OR in Material Science/Semi-conductor OR AI for industrial applications), eager to have a positive impact on driving meaningful projects on sustainable innovation through Deep Tech!
You will be part of the Consulting team and will report to our Director & Partners - Consulting.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main mission will be to bring value to our clients (such as L’Oréal, Mitsubishi, Repsol or IFF), assisting them in addressing their most significant innovation and market development challenges. To do so, you will be leveraging Hello Tomorrow’s extensive network of deep tech startups and experts. Mastering the Consulting toolkit, you will collect data and run in-depth analysis to elaborate impactful recommendations for our clients.
As Senior Consultant, you will support your project team and build high-quality deliverables for Hello Tomorrow’s clients. You will also have the opportunity to support the development of junior consultants. You will increase your understanding of the corporate innovation journey, build in-depth technical and business expertise in various fields, and see by yourself how new technologies are reshaping entire industries.
WHAT WILL YOU CONCRETELY DO?
Project management & new market analysis
Managing autonomously part of (or sometimes entire) deliverables for clients
Analysing and mapping of upcoming technological trends, by leveraging our use cases database and network of experts
Analysing and sizing of emerging markets, and formulation of recommendations to help our clients design their way forward
Identifying the best innovations, solutions and startups for your client’s needs by running targeted scouting
Designing and running acceleration and venture building programs for our clients
Clients interaction
Working on commercial proposals valorising Hello Tomorrow’s assets and our team’s experience
Interacting with clients on content or project management related subjects
Taking part as experts in calls with potential clients to understand their needs
Facilitating workshops within consulting missions, using innovation management methods such as Ecosystem Mapping, Design Thinking or Lean Startup (in-house training materials will be provided)
Team mentorship
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
Transferring know-how to consultants and helping them improve their skills and competencies
Getting involved in our internal team activities and taskforces (recruitment, team life, trainings...) as well as external activities (mostly webinars and events)
Innovate & stay ahead
Staying up-to-date on market trends and new technologies to enhance your expertise and stay curious about our industry
Participating in events, being the face of the company during some of them
Working on different transversal projects to expand your knowledge, including evaluations for the Hello Tomorrow Global Challenge, our annual startups competition
